1. Participation
Participation in the B Part Loyalty Program (the “Program”) is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By enrolling, members agree to comply with all terms set forth herein.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Enrollment is free and voluntary.
3. Enrollment
Individuals may enroll by completing the online registration form available on participating hotel websites or through authorized BF Hotels channels. Members are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Points Accrual
Members earn points on eligible purchases based on nights booked, in accordance with the Program’s accrual policies in effect at the time of transaction. BF Hotels reserves the right to modify such policies at any time.
5. Points Redemption
Points may be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or other benefits offered by BF Hotels or its partners. Availability, value, and terms of rewards are subject to change without notice.
6. Points Expiration
Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned. Expired points will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
7. Modifications and Termination
BF Hotels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, as well as to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective upon posting.
8. Privacy
Personal information will be handled in accordance with BF Hotels’ Privacy Policy. Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
BF Hotels shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the Program, except as required by applicable law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts therein.
